Parent support.
Supporting a child who is struggling can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re worried about their wellbeing, education, and future.
Sometimes, while parents can clearly see the potential benefits of therapy, the idea of counselling feels daunting or unmanageable for their child. In these cases, it can be helpful for parents to have their own space to talk, reflect, and develop ways to support their child at home.
I offer support for parents who want to better understand what’s happening for their child and how to respond in ways that feel supportive rather than reactive.
