Counselling for Adults.

Therapy for burnout.

Life can feel relentless at times. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, feeling emotionally drained, or simply don’t feel like yourself anymore, counselling offers a space to step back, reflect, and begin to make sense of what’s going on at your pace, in your words.

Burnout isn’t just feeling tired, it’s feeling like you can’t do this anymore, while telling yourself that you should be able to cope.

I work with adults, particularly women, who feel overwhelmed by the constant mental load of everyday life. Many of my clients are neurodivergent and have spent years pushing themselves to meet expectations that don’t always fit.

You might recognise yourself if:

  • you feel exhausted no matter how much rest you get

  • you compare yourself to others and feel like you’re falling short

  • you struggle to say no or put yourself first

  • you feel disconnected from who you really are

Therapy for burnout offers a space to slow things down and make sense of what’s happening. Together, we’ll look at what’s contributing to your burnout, explore more sustainable ways of coping, and help you begin to accept yourself rather than constantly pushing against who you are.

This work isn’t about quick fixes, it’s about gradual, meaningful change that fits your real life.

You Don’t Have to Keep Pushing Through.

I work with adults facing a wide range of challenges including:

  • Stress and burnout.

  • Anxiety and low mood.

  • Grief or loss.

  • Relationship issues.

  • Life transitions and identity shifts.

  • Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected.

How I Work.

My core approach is person-centred, I place your experience, values, and voice at the heart of our work together. I also work integratively, drawing on other models and tools where helpful to support your specific needs.

In sessions, I combine reflective exploration, making space for your thoughts, feelings, and story with practical strategies to help you feel more grounded and resourced in day to day life. My aim is to help you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels honest, manageable, and empowering.

Whether you’re looking for support with a specific issue, or just know that something doesn’t feel right, we can work together to explore what’s going on for you and what might help.

In-Person or Online Sessions.

I offer counselling sessions both in-person and online, depending on what works best for you.
