Counselling for Adults.

A space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

Life can feel relentless at times. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, feeling emotionally drained, or simply don’t feel like yourself anymore, counselling offers a space to step back, reflect, and begin to make sense of what’s going on—at your pace, in your words.

You Don’t Have to Keep Pushing Through.

I work with adults facing a wide range of challenges including:

  • Stress and burnout.

  • Anxiety and low mood.

  • Grief or loss.

  • Relationship issues.

  • Life transitions and identity shifts.

  • Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected.

A particular area of interest for me is working with those experiencing stress and burnout often people who are doing their best to keep everything going, but feel like they’ve quietly hit a wall. For some, this might look like emotional exhaustion, physical symptoms, or trouble coping with work demands or life’s pressures. For others, it can be a quiet sense of having lost touch with who they are or what they need.

How I Work.

My core approach is person-centred, I place your experience, values, and voice at the heart of our work together. I also work integratively, drawing on other models and tools where helpful to support your specific needs.

In sessions, I combine reflective exploration, making space for your thoughts, feelings, and story with practical strategies to help you feel more grounded and resourced in day-to-day life. My aim is to help you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels honest, manageable, and empowering.

Whether you’re looking for support with a specific issue, or just know that something doesn’t feel right, we can work together to explore what’s going on for you and what might help.

A Little About Me.

Alongside my training and professional experience, I bring lived experience of high-stress environments and the quiet toll that burnout can take. I know how hard it can be to reach out but also how important it is to feel truly heard and understood.

What matters most to me is creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and not judged. My goal is to hear and understand your story, from your perspective.

In-Person or Online Sessions.

I offer counselling sessions both in-person and online, depending on what works best for you.
