Counselling.

Life can be difficult sometimes and we can start to feel overwhelmed. This might show up as anxiety, feeling low, burnout or angry. But in can also show up in ways that we just can’t put our finger on but we know we aren’t feeling like ourselves. You don’t have to work in out on your own, I can support you with this.

I also support trainee counsellors with workshops that help them prepare for and get the most out of their placements.

These workshops and course give options outside of one to one work.

I am Looking for a Supervisor →

Hi, I’m Jane.

I'm a qualified counsellor and clinical supervisor, and I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can talk openly without fear of judgement.

Based in Cannock, Staffordshire, I offer online counselling and supervision across the UK as well as in person sessions at my Cannock practice in Staffordshire.

Over the years I've found myself particularly drawn to supporting adults experiencing burnout, chronic overwhelm and the emotional exhaustion that comes from spending so long looking after everyone else.

Many of the people I work with are kind, capable and dependable. They're the ones others turn to for support, yet they're often the last person to ask for help themselves.

I also have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals, especially those who may have received a late diagnosis of ADHD and/or Autism or potentially that don’t have a diagnosis but self-identify as neurodivergent or are querying this and seeking support for their experience of the world.

Alongside my work with adults, I continue to offer counselling for children and young people aged 10–17 who may be struggling with anxiety, low mood, emotional regulation or life changes.
